The Faculty of Business and Economic Sciences is one of the founding faculties of the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), established in 1991. It comprises eight academic units—Accounting Sciences, Banking and Economic Sciences, Business Management Sciences, Finance and Fiscal Sciences, Actuarial, Insurance and Risk Management Sciences, Marketing and Consumer Sciences, the Graduate School of Business Sciences (GSBS), and the Institute of Development Sciences (IDS).
