Abstract

Phenyl·bonded phase clean-up and HPLC were used to measure aflatoxins in groundnuts, peanut butter, beans, cowpeas and maize meant for human consumption. Of 277 samples, 84% were al or bleow the 20 pp.b. limil. Of 100 animal feed samples, 28% were at or below 5 p.p.b., the proposed limit infeedfor milk-producing animals.
